How do I return or exchange a product?
Return your online order via email and print your prepaid return label using our interactive return tool. You will need your order number, email and zip code. Only at all Sales Final stores in Clearance.
Not satisfied? Give it back. It's easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it along with your original sales receipt, gift receipt, or original packing slip. If you return an item within 90 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, and for all new and used items, we will reduce the shipping and processing of online orders. For your convenience, we accept returns for online purchases by mail and at any Carter's store or OshKosh B'gosh retail store or outlet in the United States, as detailed below. In-Store Returns or In-Store Exchanges
Any item purchased at a Company-owned Carter retail or direct store, as well as eligible Carter and Skip Point items purchased online (not marked as "return by mail only"), may be returned or exchanged at a Company-owned Carter retail or direct store
Refund with original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing list
We will gladly refund the original purchase price for any new, unbroken items returned or exchanged with the original sales receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip within 90 days of purchase After 90 days, items may be returned for merchandise credit or merchandise redemption at the current price. Refunds for purchases made with a credit card may only be credited back to the credit card originally used.
Returns or exchanges without original sales receipts or payment of original sales receipts with merchandise credit
For refunds of items purchased at one of our company-owned stores for which you do not have a receipt, Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh can use your reward moment information, physical address or email address to locate the original purchase transaction.

If you call us within 14 days of your purchase, one price adjustment will be applied to your purchase. Please call 877-333-0117 (toll free) or 972-265-4128 daily from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (excluding holidays) for assistance!
